Ava Ackerman is an Account Executive with Cooley Public Strategies. She previously served as a Legislative Bill Clerk in the Tennessee General Assembly, where she helped process and track bills and amendments through the legislative process. While at Vanderbilt University, she served as a Legislative Intern in the U.S. House of Representatives and a Congressional Fellow with National Student Leadership. In addition to her government experience, she has honed skills in fundraising and local nonprofit development, giving her a strong background in community engagement and complex problem solving.
